Prices quoted for shipping are for standard shipping, I will get a proof of postage receipt from the post office. Please make sure that your address details are full and correct on Etsy as items must be sent to the invoice address. Items to the Uk should take 1-3 days and items overseas take an average of 14 days on but can take longer if they held up in customs or during holidays, in a few cases items can take up to 8 weeks. Ready made items will be posted out within one week of payment, for custom items please refer to the listing.

If you would like your item tracked then this will cost an additional £7.
If for any reason your item is lost by the post office I will offer a replacement or credit note for my store. If you are sent a replacement item please allow sufficient time to for this to arrive.

If you do not opt for tracked shipping then I cannot be held responsible for mishaps made by the postal service or the time that overseas services take to deliver your item. For this reason if you are spending large amounts in my store or are particularly worried about the deliveries in your area then please opt for tracking.
